2. After you make your initial medical enquiry we will revert back requesting for more details as required.
3. Provide more information over email and telephone and direct mailers of CD and photocopies various reports about your current and past medical condition. This includes current nature of your ailment, your need for second medical opinion, various types of Diagnostic reports available with you and other medical records such as blood and urine test reports, CT Scan, MRI Scans. Reports about any other test already conducted back home in the hospital or clinic or your personal doctor's conducted test reports, X-rays etc. All past or current medical history of a patients' information's helps our panel in answering your medical query with full details and providing you appropriate solutions.
4. On the basis of the details provided by you will receive information from us and advice on your medical treatment, approximate cost for planning purposes, total duration of your stay required at the hospital with pre -operative and post operative extra stay requirement etc. We will provide an rough estimate for the entire package including transport, accommodation and other custom requirements such as assistants, translators etc depending upon your request.
5. We discuss in detail with you in order to understand your requirements and then revert back to you with full details about cost of your package which includes stay at respective treatment city using a hotel or service apartment or guest house, transport, travel or any other requirements such as assistants. Arrangements can be made for translators, shopping and even business facilitation .We will provide you with full details about your treating institution or hospital in India with profile of attending doctor's or specialist and respective department at the Hospital where your medical treatment is suggested.
6. Discuss with your physician back home, request and acquire consent of your local physician to travel to India for treatment. Inform us about the same and provide us the referral letter, document or letter of consent for making the medical trip.
7. Enter into the required agreements like Pre –Registration, Indemnity, Consent or Bond and Agreement with us for facilitation services and the hospital in India for your medical treatment with them. Receive copy of the documents send to you by us.
8. Make the required payments towards the package which includes the cost of initial check up required, diagnostics tests, surgery, medical treatment cost, fees to the hospital to book doctors' appointment, ward or room category chosen by you, accommodation before and after the treatment, travel arrangements within India and other custom requirements.
9. Receive confirm details of your date of surgery , medical treatment via email support form us.
10. Proceed for India M Visa from the Indian consulate/embassy in your country. Here you have to carry ,details of your medical condition like reports, consent of your local doctor for traveling to India, confirm appointment with your Indian medical specialist or India hospital booking etc. papers given by us for speedy India Visa clearance.
11. Book tickets to fly to India .Inform us about your departure/arrival and other details like flight timings and flight number.
12. Travel to India to be received by our representative or hospitals. Orientations of your treatment city, hotel or service apartment or guest house stay are undertaken by us for your familiarization. Make you feel at home. Rest and relaxation for 24 hrs and more if required.
13. Meet the attending specialist or treating doctor at the hospital or clinic where you will undergo surgery or medical treatment and proceed on your specific treatment / medical surgery there. This involves pre treatments test and procedures.
14. On completion of treatment, medical procedure- discharge from the hospital with final settlement of medical bills if any. Clearance and as per post - operative stay requirement suggested by your attending Indian medical specialist or doctor. Transfer to and stay at the pre-booked hotel or service apartment or guest house. Post operative or post treatment rest, rejuvenation and relaxation required to get well. Post operative consultation with the doctor. Once the full clearance is received from attending medical specialist or doctor either fly back home or enjoy a holiday in India for few weeks or as per opted choice.
15. Continuation of medications or prescriptions for medicines, drugs recommended by your attending medical specialist or doctor to carry home. Afterwards continue your post treatment follow up and feedback about your experience through emails, telephone conversation, and online chat. Follow up visits if any can also be arranged.
